Local Security Policy

Can't seem to find Local Security Policy on Windows 2003
DC. I applied security template (to the server) and was
going to change a policy, but can't find Local Security
Policy.

Windows 2000 DC had Local Security Policy...

Does any1 knows where I can find Local Security policy?
