Hi Dave,

I would like to recommend that you remove the trust relationship on WinNT
domain and Windows 2003 domain, then recreate the trust one Windows 2003
DC.

Please select "Both this domain and the specified domain" when create
incoming trust.

If the problem still persists, you can also create a two-way trusts and try
again. If the problem still persists, then the problem is not related trust.
