    Hello,

    Thanks for your posting here.

What is the operation system on the client?
What is the user account you logon as on the client?

Based on my experiences, the problem can occur if the current user account
has no permission to modify the permissions on the server.

I recommend that you logon as domain administrator on the client and try
    again.

    Regards,
    Bob Qin
