reports from.

What is the exact error message?

This step-by-step article describes how to install Microsoft Directory
Synchronization Services (MSDSS) on a computer that is running Microsoft
Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows Server 2003. After you complete this
task, you can use MSDSS to perform two-way synchronization of directory
information between the Windows Active Directory and Novell Directory
Services (NDS), and one-way synchronization of directory information
between the Active Directory and a Novell Bindery server (NetWare version
3.x).
