Hi Jake,

Thanks for your posting here.

It is not supported to restore the backup of Enterprise version to a
Windows 2003 Standard.

Do you have another computer? If so, I recommend that you install Windows
2003 Standard version on it and join the domain as a new Domain Controller.
Move all the FSMO roles to the new DC and demote the original one.
