Hi Alex, Please see responses in-line:

I have 1 Forest with 1 Domain and 2 sites each with 1 DC (win2k) both are
GC's and 1 of the DC's holds all of the FSMO roles. I ran adprep /forest
then adprep /domain. Then i DCPROMO'd a win2k3 member server. All DC's are
replicating fine.
> 2. What changes were made in your domain after you upgrade your domain?
None. The win2k DC still has the all of the FSMO roles and is a GC. The
win2k3 DC is not a GC.

All of my clients are win2k and winXP
> 4. Is your script for user or for computer?
The logon script that i am talking about is defined in the User's Account
Properties in Active Directory Users and Computers. It is not a script
defined and applied via a GPO.
> 5. Did you try to logon using different computers and different users?
Yes. This only happens to some users some of the time.

Thanks - i'll look into these.
