Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
We need to move the hard disk to another computer and use "Load Hive"
function to change the problematic system's registry.
The [HKLM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl] hive is saved in the
%SystemRoot%\system32\CONFIG\SYSTEM file (no file extension).
