Slow performance and 15 Second Pauses After Upgrade W2K To W2K3.

Running on Dell poweredge 2650 dual xeon w/ raid5
When running 2k it was instantanious at all operations.
Now with 2k3 there is a 5 - 15 second pause between every operation.
