Yes, please logon as another administrator account and run moveuser.exe on
the client.

In addition, we can also manually associate the original profile with the
domain user. You can refer to the steps in the following article to regain
the access to a missing profile.

Generally, the steps would be:

1. Use domain user to log on Windows. Write down its current profile path.
Log out then.
2. Log in as the local system administrator.
3. Run Registry Editor. Locate

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

4. Find the profile path for that domain user and change it to associate it
with the original profile.
5. Log out and log in with this new domain user.
