Hi, everyone

I read Article #325851 Setup ADMT for a Windows 4.0 to Windows Server 2003
Migration. I have some confusion with it.

My question is I need to carry out the trust procedure between NT 4.0 and
W2K3 because our office is a NT 4.0 server (PDC and BDC) domain name :
abc_hk, i have already moved the 80% data from old server to the Windows
Server 2003 as member server.

Furthermore, before i started ADMT procedure, i do not know whether or not
all computers with W2K3 need to power off and then demote BDC NT 4.0 (I
guess I likely to keep PDC for migration, no need to keep BDC).

After migration, i am using W2K3 as PDC, is it working ?? Is it possible
after a few weeks, I want to promote W2K3 as Active Directory from PDC, is
it difficulty in managing the USES, Group Policy or others ??

Thanks
Jimmy
