Thanks for your posting here.
Is you target domain in native mode ?
Did you try to run the ADMT script from your destination Domain Controller?
What is the result?
Please note that if you want to migrate SID History from an NT4 source
domain, ADMT needs to run on a DC. This has nothing to do with the GUI or
the scripting interface. This is necessary because the DsAddSIDHistory API
requires that, it is not an ADMT limitation.
