I am doing an upgrade at a site from win2k PDC to win3k
PDC & exch2k to exch3k and I'm putting them both on new
boxes. I was wondering what would be the best way of
doing that. This is what I'm thinking. Install win3k as
a BDC on the new box and (I'm not sure if I have to do
this, since its a bdc) use the ADMT and migrate all the
users and computer objects. Then promote the Server to
the PDC and retire the other one. For Exchange I am going
to install win3k and exch3k on the new box as a member
server or BDC then use ExMerge to copy over the
mailboxes. I think that should do it, but I'm not sure if
I'm missing a step of if there is any easier way of doing
it. If anyone knows or has some ideas I would really
    appreicate it. Thanks.
