Where did you find the statement? would you please let me know the link?

Based on the articles in my previous reply, after a Widows 2000/2003 server
is joined to domain, it needs to be authorized before it works properly.
This does not affect the clients in domain.

As you mentioned that some clients cannot access the Windows Server. What
is the detailed symptom? Are you receiving any error messages? What is the
entire error message that you are receiving? Can you ping the server? Can
you ping these clients from the server?
