Hello John,

Thank you for your post.

Could you post the IPCONFIG /all result?

It is recommanded that we use static IP for domain controllers. Therefore,
please manually set a static IP address, point it to use the correct
internal DNS server which contains DNS zone for the existing domain. Please
ping the existing DC and DNS to check if the network connections are
working correctly.

If everything works, please then check if the problem still persists.

Thanks!

Regards,
Joe Wu

|Hi,
|Thank you for your response. I did what you outlined but the result
|was the same. My problem I believe starts with the fact that I can't
|get an IP address.
|When I do IPCONFIG /All it says cable media disconnected. Loopback
|ping works fine. Both NIC's test fine, but when I ping 10.10.10.1
|which is both the IP and DNS address it says it is unreachable.
|Thanks
