Server 2003 SP2, Search Fields Blank

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

When trying to run a search, the entire program is blank. No fields to type
in names, drives, etc. Saw a fix for XP but unsure if it will work on Server
2003.

Thanks
.
