Hello Portopalermo,
If you can not find them there, that's the problem they disappear after reboot. Remove the share, reboot or restart the server service and share it again. Then check if it is created in the registry.

thank you for your quick reply.
The server is updated with the last SP and all patches. Automatic
Updates is
turned on and is fully functional.
I just checked the regkey you mentioned. I see all other folders
listed
there, but can't find the ones involved in the lost-sharing issue.
Could this be the reason? If so, what's the best way to add them?

Do you use SP2 and all latest patches? Try restarting the 'Server'
service. Also check following regkey to see if it is created correct:
