Hello Martin,
In windows 2003 open the system properties and choose the hardware tab, here you have the driver signing button and can choose the needed option for unsigned driver installation.
Best regards

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this - if not, then
reference to other appropriate newsgroups would be appreciated.
I have a rented Virtual Private Server which runs W2003 32 Bit
Enterprise Edition on which I need to install a couple of unsigned
drivers - for example, one of them is for a virtual sound card as I
want to use a speech application on my website.
The usual recommended way of getting around this issue is to use
Bcdedit.exe /set TESTSIGNING ON but Bcdedit.exe is not available on my
Windows system as booring is from boot.ini.
I've also tried signing the drivers with my own certificate but that
doesn't work either.
Is there any other way around this?
.
