reorder ACE

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi,

I'm migrating content from w2k3 to w2k8.

For export import I use subinacl.exe tool.
SubInAcl version 5.2.3790.1180

When I import ACEs on new server there is a problem with ACEs oredering.
I can do reorder over GUI ACL editor.
This is not solution in my case beacuse I need to migrate thousands of
folders.

subinacl /noverbose /outputlog=[path] /subdirectories=directoriesonly
[object_name] /findsid=[user]
subinacl /playfile [path]

Is there newer version which fix this?

I tried with icacls [object] /verify, but it only show which folder doesn't
have properly oredered ACEs.
It doesn't reorder ACE or I do something wrong.

Can you suggest how to resolve this problem?
