Perfmon Processer Time is not Adding Correctly

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I am on Windows 2003 R2. I am running perfmon to find CPU Utilization. I am
collecting following information:
Process(tomcat)\%Processor Time), Process(TWC#1)\%Processor Time),
Process(TWC#1)\%Processor Time
i.e., Processor Time for three processes which are heavily used in my
application.

I am also collecting Processor(_Total)\%Processor Time

All 4 “objects” are being collected in the same counter log file.
Processor Time for three busy processes is lot higher than Total Processor
Time. How is that possible? What I am doing wrong.
