In your netdiag there are additional ip's:
192.168.0.5 / 192.168.0.15 / 192.168.0.177
What are they used for in the network? Are they old DC's? Check all
DNS zones through the complete folder structure and cherck if they
exist, if yes and are not used anymore remove them.
Run netdiag /fix and dcdaig /fix on the DC.

In DNS there was an old IP of the two other old GC....
