thanks for your link and hlep. I was trying to reply to this but the website
seemed to be something wrong, it would not let me to reply.

I have been reading many times the tutor from that link. it is a bit
confusing about the local administrator, because I believe that a DC server
has no the local admin account. and in order to complete this task it
requires the local admin password.

Hi All,

I am just employed this compnay and the IT guy before left the
company and took everything with him. I need to logon the DC but again
no one knows the password. So I need some how to reset the Domain
Admin password as well as Exchange Admin's.

Any help or resourse would be much appreciated.
