BSOD on Windows Server 2008 Standard

I have a new installation of Windows Server 2008 Standard on HP ML150 G5
ProLiant Server . The server has the following roles: Active Directory
Domain Services, DHCP Server, DNS Server, File Services. It has three NICs,
one Broadcom NexTreme Gigabit Ethernet card on MB (now disabled in the
Device Manager) and two IntelR PRO/1000 PT Desktop Adapters used for network
routing to another trusting domain. Every 2-3 weeks I have Blue Screen of
Death showing D1 stop errors. I submit the last two BSODs as follows:
On February 20, 2009 I found the following text on the BSOD:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x000000FF, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x82CE1DA6)
tcpip.sys - Address 82CE1DA6 base at 82C7A000, DateStamp 47919120
On March 11, 2009 I found the following thext on the BSOD
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x000000FF, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x82CE4DA6)
tcpip.sys - Address 82CE4DA6 base at 82C7D000, DateStamp 47919120
As you can see, the only difference between the two BSODs is the address.
Here is how I made the installation of the network card drivers:
a) I let the Windows Server 2008 Standard software to install
the windows native drivers for the Broadcom and Intel NICs.
The server had troubles with network communication
and freezes too often - unusable solution.
b) I downloaded the drivers for my NICs from HP web
site for Broadcom and Intel. I had those BSODs
every 2-3 weeks.
c) So I downloaded the original drivers from the vendors, i.e.
from Intel and Broadcom. I had those BSODs
every 2-3 weeks, either.
d) I disabled the Broadcom NIC, added another Intel NIC,
the situation did not change. I have still those BSODs.
e) I have not tried to use just the Broadcom NIC alone, as
I definitely need two network cards on the system.
I think the drivers of the network cards are causing this unpleasant
situation, although they origin from the network card vendors and are the
most up-to-date ones. Can somebodey among you share similar experience? Has
been there some solution found? I would appreciate it very much. Please help
me if you can.
Thanks!
Jozef
