Files and Folder Permissions

Hi All

I am running Windows 2000 Server SP4. I have created some folders on the
network and created the necessary shares to facilitate access. However I am
trying to determine what permissions need to be assigned to ensure that users
can save and work with the necessary files but DO NOT have the facility to
delete. What NTFS permissions need to be assigned to accomplish this?
