Hard drive partition

I had a partitioned drive which was 36G SCSI. It was partitioned with
C: having 13G and D: having 23G. I formatted the drive and installed a
new Windows server. Now it only shows C: drive with having 13 G and
cannot find D at all. How can I get the rest of my drive back?
