for this we did as below but same problem
unload the counter and
disable them in the registry.
from a command prompt, type:
unlodctr MSFTPSVC
unlodctr MSMQ

Then go into the registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\MSFTPSVC
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\MSMQ

and create a DWORD value called "Disable Performance Counters" with a
value
of 1.

pls give a solution
