Moving KMS to a new box

I plan to move existing KMS to a nex box (hardware consideration issues), but
have no idea how to start.

The considerations are,
a. Do i need to keep the IP and machine's name same?
b. Any issues for existing Vista clients?

I've been searching technical guide about moving KMS, but cannot find one.

Anyone can give me a hint?
