Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
Is the computer part of a domain? If so you can log in with domain
administrator account and reset the local administrator password.
Otherwise if it is a standalone machine you will need something like ERD
Commander to boot from and reset the administrator password before the local
SAM database has initialised.
