Hello Dale,
Is it a workstation or domain controller and what OS are you using. If DC, is it also DNS server? Do you have any other event viewer errors?
Best regards

I get this error only after a weekly reboot. Is there a process not
loading up before hand? should I be concerned about this? Is it
updating at other times during the week?

Group policies are being applied. The link revealed nothing to me. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated
