Whenever there is a remote user who use Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) client to connect to a Windows 2008 host, the local user is disconnected with the local console screen locked, with or without his or her permission. The same is with session. If there is already one session when connecting with second remote desktop the first session i broken.
This not happen in Windows 2003. The Windows 2008 behave in my situation like Windows XP

Hello MarcusB,.
The new REmote desktop uses the /admin switch instead of the /console. maybe that helps.

In all windows 2003 servers we have possibility to use two parallel
remote desktop connection plus one console connection.
(mstsc /v:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX /console)
On all our new Windows 2008 Enterprise servers we can only have one
remote desktop connection, and it seems that it is the same as console
connection. Should we activate some services to have the same
possibilities in windows 2008?
