Yes you can I have a Windows 2003 Enterprise running 4 quad core without any problems and shows up as 8 in the CPU graph

2003 Server Standard can only handle 4 processors.
a quad core processor shows 4 processors in the task manager.
So, can I install 2 quad core processors using 2003 Server Standard?
