failing to login the recovery console

good day,



we have a windows 2003 server that is not booting. i have tried to repair
the installation folder to no avail, i have a solution for my problem but it
can only be resolved in the recovery console.



my problem is that i dont have the administrator's password (though my
account has administrative rights), i wanted to find out how i can log in to
the recovery console without the administrators password.
