Hello Brian,

How do you migrate the scope? Just created it new or do you move the complete database according to this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;325473

What happens if you create a new scope with the old settings?

Best regards

I am trying to migrate DHCP services to a new server. The old server
is action a DC and running DHCP.

My Steps:

1. Install DHCP server on new machine
2. Stop DHCP on old server and unauthorize the scope
3. Migrate scope from old server to new server
4. Start DHCP on new server and authorize
Restarted both machines and I cannot pull an IP. When I go back
everything works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
