Hello Clayton,
If the machine was connected tor the domain, you can login also without network connection using the cached credentials on the local machine. Choose also the domain name like you logon at work.

Is it a standalone server or domain controller? How do you login to
the server/domain, with a normal XP or 2000 or with Remote desktop at
the server itself?

I have a profile at work and I logon to Windows 2000 server, is
there a way I can logon to my profile at home?
