Hi, I have a service running on Windows 2003 Server. This- Show quoted text -
service
sometimes just crashes.
Nothing really being shown in the event logs except for an error
message related to that service crashing that says:
"Instrumentation Directory is invalid or Missing - Closing
Application"
Does anyone have any idea what this might mean?
Thanks!- Hide quoted text -
TCP/IP with it's counterpart service running on another machine.
Service should not be dropping. So trying to find out what the
Event Log message above might mean. Thanks..- Hide quoted text -
"Instrumentation Directory is invalid or Missing - Closing
Application"
At first I thought it was related to WMI, but after checking it
wasn't.
