Mounting Network Shares as Folders

Hello,

I am using Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 and I would like to mount a network share to a folder on the hard drive. So for instance I would like the content of \\networkshare\folder\ to be accessed through c:\networkshare\. I see that many people online refer to DFSUtil.exe to do this but I cannot figure it out. How do I do this?

Thanks,

John Chapman
