Event IDs 7031 and 7034

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have Exchange 2003 sp2 running on a Windows 2003 Server Standard SP2, both
brand new installs. In the Apllication Event Viewer, I keep seeing an
Inetinfo.exe error. In the System Event Viewer I see coinciding with this a
sequence of events:

Event ID 7031 - IIS Admin Terminates
Event ID 7034 - SMTP terminates
Event ID 7034 - Exchange Routing Engine Terminates
Event ID 7034 - Exchange POP3 terminates. As they are all set to restart it
is not noticeable to users, but hasme concerned.
Looking it up, I saw a ference to an old KB article, 885881, which seems to
address the issue, but it seemed out of date and I would figure that W2K3 sp2
would already have it in there. Does KB885881 post-date W2K3 SP2? Are there
any other possibilities?
