I have backuped of my dhcp server is on dc.
And i want to restore to different DHCP which is also on DC with the
same
domain. (First one is PDC second one is ADC)
I will start second service when first is down.
1. But when i try on second DC i always got error and can not import
MAC addresses.

The DHCP service failed to restore the DHCP registry configuration.
The following error occurred: The system cannot find the file
specified.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

2. And after i create same scope, and when i try to import, nothing is
changed
