Hello Rush,
Think you have configure to much rights or lower the security to make him RO.
BTW, how should a normal user document a DC with all the settings, if he
is not Administrator and so normally do not know, what an Administrator has
configured?

We want to give Domain User to Read Only access Main Domain Controller
