open ftp site in internet explorer

Hi,
We have a customer running SBS 2003 Premium R2 and ISA2006 configured.
Internet 7 is installed on server and all clients.
No problems in opening ftp site that allow anonimous login (eg.
ftp.microsoft.com).
Trying to open a remote ftp site that require user and pwd (eg.
ftp://ftpsite.it), when I click on "Open ftp site in Internet Explorer", I
receive immediatly the error
"Unable to view this ftp site in Explorer" and I can't find "Logon as ..."
in the File menu. In Internet Options > advanced > "Active ftp site view in
folder" is checked.
We have the same problem both on server and clients (XP PRO SP2).
We have customers with Win server 2003 R2 (NO SBS) and ISA2006 installed and
we have no problem with ftp.

Thanks a lot in advance for any help.
Stefania
