I have 2 identical HP DL360G5's it went on fine on one but I got the complete
network lock out on the other.

KB948496 patch has been installed. After uninstalling the patch everything
was fine again.
This patch probably at least for some x64 machines is not recommended. In my
case this is a HP385 G2, AMD64
