Procedure for installing .net framework and SP2 on Windows 2003

hi guru,
Is there any steps for installing .net Framework 3.0 (and 3.0 SP1) as
well as W2K3 SP2?
Should I install the SP2 prior installing the .net 3.0? or vice versa?
Please share your experience.
