There are always more then one way for this:
topfolder: share permissions, Authenticated users, FULL CONTROL
Security permissions, Authenticated users, List folder contents
Security permissions, Administrators and System, Full control
subfolder1: Administrators and System, Full control
subfolder1: groupsub1 (security group in ad, with the user accounts for READ), Read and execute
subfolder1: groupsub1Mod (security group in ad, with the user accounts for MODIFY), Modify
subfolder2: Administrators and System, Full control
subfolder2: groupsub2 (security group in ad, with all users for READ), Read and execute
subfolder2: groupsub2Mod (security group in ad, with the user accounts for MODIFY), Modify

We have two sub-folders under a folder that require write access for
two members to put and edit files. The rest of members are read only.
Can someone advise how to set the right for the share and the security
of the root folder and the sub-folders.
