Fault Tolerance for Roaming Profiles

Hey guys all our users in our network are now under roaming profiles, all
their profiles are placed in our main server. Is there a way to create a
Fault Tolerance for roaming profile, incase the server holding the user
profiles failed another server can assume responsibility...
