Hello Bromc,
Check if this key is set in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon registry subkey and check if NoDomainUI entry exist. If yes, delete it or set it to 0
Then reboot and try again.

Why is it that some of my domain servers (not DC's) only give you the
option to login locally and not to the domain (it's greyed out). You
can still login to the domain by putting your domain in front of your
network id, but still, why does it do this (and how do you fix it)?
