Which BackUp Software

We are running a small network (2 users) on a Windows 2003 Server with
SQL Server 2005.
We have not installed Exchange.
We can schedule a backup with no users on the network.

Our concern right now is to be able to create a complete backup that
is relatively easy to restore to the same server. In other words, a
complete image.

Are there advantages to using a third party commercial backup as
opposed to NTBackup?

Thank you in advance.
