RSOP.MSC is a GUI on boxes XP and newer that you can remote to another box
in read only, but I am not sure about a command line option.

History: I am trying to audit remote systems' local security policies.
I have admin access (read only) and I do not have access to push/pull
gpo's (secedit/gpedit won't work for what I need to do).
Problem: I need to find out what the local security policies are set
to on the remote systems via command line. Does anyone know how to do
this?
