how to view entries on CRL

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Is there a way on a windows 2003 server to view the individual entries
of the CRL so I can see if a person is revoked? I can't even find
the CRL file. Is there one and if so where and how to view the
entries please?

thanks a lot for any help
.
