Fast User Swithing workaround in Windows 2003?

Hello, I have read that XP feature of Fast User Switching is not available on Windows 2003 Enterprise.

Is there any workaround for this, or 3rd party software that would provide similar functionality of Fast User Switching on Windows 2003 machines?

I would greatly appreciate your opinions, especially from users who "patched" somehow this limitation in Windows 2003 or made up another soulution to provide similar functionality on 2003 machines.
