Can you ping it with name and ip address? Is the firewall enabled on the remote machine? Is 2003 the remote machine or are both computers 2003?

I cannot connect to a computer in my network using remote desktop
connection. Its property allows access. Is there anything I am

I am running 2k3. The error message is remote connection might not be
enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections.
Also network problems might be preventing the connection
