HP OfficeJet 5510 and Win2k3

I currently have a PC that hosts my HP OfficeJet 5510 multi-function device
under WinXP Pro. I am about to upgrade the motherboard on this PC and have a
requirement to run Win2k3 on this upgraded box. However, I am aware that the
OJ5510 is NOT supported under win2k3.

My question is how do I connect the printer to this PC? Is it feasible to
install Virtual PC and then WinXP to run within Win2k3? Or should I install
Virtual Server 2k5 to host WinXp?

I definitely need to have Win2k3 as the main OS on this rebuilt PC, but also
need the OfficeJet not just to print, but to scan and fax.
